Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order for any product offered by Sojourn Arts LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject any order or cancel any order that has been accepted in the event of any material error, price discrepancy, or any other reason.

2. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. The Company reserves the right to withhold any products until payment has been received in full.

3. Shipping: The Company will use its best efforts to ship all products within 2-3 business days after payment is received. The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

4. Delivery: Delivery of the products shall be deemed complete upon the Company's delivery of the products to the carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns: No returns will be accepted. All sales are final. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact the Company within 24 hours of receipt of the product and the Company will use its best efforts to resolve the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or inability to use the products.

7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [California/United States]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [arbitration association].

8. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions contain the entire understanding between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

By placing an order for any product offered by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

By consenting to Sojourn Apparel’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.

You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
