Before you ask

What types of wood are used for the plaques?

High quality woods like oak and walnut, for durability and a premium finish.

Can I customize the design on a plaque?

Yes. Full customization, so the plaque reflects your vision or honors someone specific. Names, dates and lettering can all be worked in.

How long does it take to create a custom plaque?

Production times vary, but typically 3 to 4 weeks from design approval to completion. Tell us your date on the form and we will say straight away if it is possible.

How do I care for it so it lasts?

Keep it out of direct sunlight and dust it gently with a soft cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners.

What kind of photo works best?

The sharpest one you have, with faces clearly lit. A phone photo is fine. If the only copy you have is old or damaged, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be done.
